Lima, Peru
We made it! 28 hours later, tired and jetlagged, we arrived in Lima. Davis, from the hostal, picked us up at the airport and drove us to our hostal. We are staying in a darling place close to la playa (ocean). Today, we woke up to a beautiful breakfast that is made each day at the hostal (sure beats continental breakfasts!) and now we are going out into the city to explore, and will have some pictures up tonight. Tally ho, glad you made it! It's good to be on the same continent as you guys again. We're checking out hotels in La Paz, trying to find a good deal. We found one that looks sweet and advertises a deal for $30 a night (per room). We're still trying to get in contact with them so we'll let you know once we've got something booked.
Glad you made it there... now go have fun!
I am truly jealous. My wish is for the both of you to keep going on adventures. Do it now and do it often. Enjoy the earthquakes in Peru.
